2,500 years ago, saints preached the way of a human. Saints preached that we should enlighten. Enlightenment means to return to the true oneself. True oneself is in the depths of our heart.
We are incomplete as a human. Because we does not know the truth oneself. For we become a complete as a human, need to find the truth oneself. Enlightenment is to discover oneself, and is to become one with that oneself.
Finding the true oneself is easy. However, people who are enlightened are very few. In fact, most people are not interested in enlightenment. Therefore, we will remain incomplete as a human, are wandering through life like a ghost.
However, we are not satisfied about that. We are trying to improve the quality of our life. We study at school, and get the money by work, marry and have our home. By doing so, we are aiming to be a happiness.
Our happiness is to have knowledge and ability, to have the property, to be in harmonious relationship, to have work and entertainment to satisfy the body and mind, to have a pleasant time.
Because we are not in that happy state, we are aiming for that realization. We are dreaming to become in the situation of happiness someday. However, even if we had the happiness, we are no possibility that will be completely as a human. Even if we have a lot of property, even if we have great friends, even if we have the job worthwhile, we are incomplete.
Even if we become a happiness or do not become a happiness, we remain incomplete as a human like a ghost. If we are incomplete as a human, we are something wrong.
We are the wrong order on what to do as a human. That get the property, or that the work, or to marry is not a mistake. However, it is different is the order of things that must be done as a human.
At first, we find the true oneself, then have to be enlightenment. When we can become a complete as a human, we can live our life as a human for the first time. Until then, we did not know oneself who want to be happy. We have been living while pursuing only the pleasure of happiness.
If we do not try to know who am I, we continue to be a ghost wandering life forever. The ghost continue devour the happiness endlessly in the world, and never be fulfilled with it.
We live without knowing oneself. We never learned at school from teachers about that. There is no person who are familiar about that in society. We are often taught about money and work rather. Because people believe that they are creating a happy life.
Even spiritual people preach to enhance the spirituality for obtaining the property or enhance the capacity or achieve happiness. They say it is the realization of a real oneself.
The right way as a human had been almost lost. We have become to live not even know the importance and the meaning of knowing the true oneself. We went away from enlightenment.
We have continued to lose the opportunity of enlightenment, but does not mean lost our truth. A true oneself is not what we build. It is already exist in previous presence of our personal. By there is a true oneself, oneself who live a life can exist.
Before we obtain the happiness, if we seek the truth oneself and was able to go back there, we become a presence beyond the happiness. Even if we do not seek happiness, we are already fulfilled. Because the true oneself is itself is fulfilled.
Even as it happened, we will live with this body and mind as oneself. What is different after enlightenment? Even if it is happened something to our bodies and minds, we know that we are the true oneself and can not lose it.
We will never get the ability and property in order to be happy. Because we know that we has already been fulfilled. We just continue to live in search of property and capabilities in accordance with the request of the body and mind. Even if it would be whatever the outcome, we have already been fulfilled.
If we know the truth oneself, even as we have become to any situation, it will not be impaired that we are complete as a human. Because there is nothing more than a perfect as a human in this world.
