One and All.

In meditation, we go toward the only one place. Its location is the same for everyone, is always exist in our own. We are fused our mind in the one place.

That place is a pure oneself. there is without having to move, is not visible to the eye, only certainty is there, and it's very subtle location. In order to fuse there, we have to abandon what we have.

We are going to throw away their beliefs and abilities, social status, the pride. We are going to throw away the feelings and thoughts and images in the mind. They are not oneself. Then we approached to pure oneself, therewith will become one.

We have a natural desire to fuse with pure oneself. However, our mind is refuse this. Because our mind believe that oneself is our beliefs, abilities and pride, we can not throw them away.

Because they are not oneself, if we can not abandon them, our mind can not be fused with pure oneself. So our mind will try to incorporate a pure oneself as one experience of the mind.

Our mind tries to treat pure oneself as being the same level as beliefs and abilities. So our mind converts the pure oneself to one experience, it makes a compromise that refuse to assimilate pure oneself. As a result, pure oneself had been converted to an object, such as love and bliss. While our mind is seeking a pure oneself, we are contorted its oneself. And we build a good situation convenient for us.

Value that we know oneself

We are always looking for oneself. Because we think oneself is incomplete, we will try to add what is missing to oneself. We keep to be looking for what is lacking to oneself in the world. It is a work, an ability, property, friends, lovers, a family, health, and a thought.

We find them from the world, and will incorporate into oneself. Then gradually oneself increases. A lot of experiences and memories will be stacked in us. We will be happy to look at them.

However, even if we have gathered a lot of experience in the world, we are not satisfied. We are always lacking something. If we think that love is not enough, we will cherish the feelings of love. If we think that God is insufficient, we begin to pray God. If we think that freedom is missing, we begin to live freely.

Even if we tried to do so, we can not be satisfied. We do not know what is missing. Because we do not know what is missing, to try to collect a lot more. And we will be more and more bloated.
